The song is one of the most famous Los Angeles punk songs actually. The band is fear, which was stated. Fear were known for pissing everybody off and calling their audiences fags and stuff like that. Their lead singer is a guy named Lee Ving, who tried being an actor, but he sucked in movies. He was in Clue, Streets of Fire, and Flashdance(club manager). Flea from red hot chili peppers also played with Fear for a while in the 80's before he was famous.

I don't know wich console you play at, but try pressing the strong grapple ( circle + X, or A + B on x-box) and Bullet will do a sweep attack that sweeps all guys around him.
