no offence, but if you have NO money, and are living this crappy life, why are ou purchasing the top of the line products? i mean burts bees and mac book pros :/ if you were struggling you'd definitely settle for a dell laptop and some "chapstick" lip blam
@NickJohnification Ok I find it funny when people judge how others spend their money online. As I explained to someone else, the Macbook is NOT new. We both had jobs at the time (it has been a year since we bought this computer) and the money for this computer came from a tax return Isaac got from Britain.
About the chapstick, regular cheap kind has ingredients that are not good for you and since it goes on your lips, you are ingesting it. I had a coupon so it was $2.
@NickJohnification (Part 2) I want to also add that I never said we were having a crappy life. We are just in an unstable situation. Spending a total of $60 at Christmas time is not being frivolous. We are aware of what money we have and what our situation is. We would not be buying any kind of computer right now. As I said, we bought this back when we both had jobs and the extra money.
@NickJohnification I think that was her problem. Bowiechick did have a Dell laptop, and I think it's safe to say that she was less then happy with it. Also the cost of ownership of a Mac is less then a PC. So if you have limited funds, it makes sense to buy a Mac. Which will last longer, have fewer repair cost, and software that costs less.
Happy New Year Melody. I hope you get the job. You could always call her back and ask her if she has had a chance to talk to the other manager yet. See what she says.
@CCF01 I have to say - we got that a year ago when we both had jobs and we paid for it with money he got from the British tax service. We needed a new computer and we weren't going to waste money on a pc we didn't even want.
