@ganstamike830 haha, well when you're STEAMING milk for a latte steam to 80 degrees F with little spit sounds and then dip your wand in. For a cappuccino, steam the whold time with the little spit sounds.
Oh I remember working at a Starbucks clone coffee shop...and I think back fondly about the memories, haha jk I hated it. I still know how to make all the drinks though!
