1) how do you get such great video quality? My in-game doesn't look anywhere near this good.

2) How do you do the custom camera angles? It looks like your controlling it on the fly.

@metalligimp there's a nr2003 graphics tweaker, but I forgot where I got it from. He uses the costom camera angles with a product called CCM (camera control master) but Idk how to use that
