and in japanese is no "R" sound, but "L".

although the some jpn word in romaji is "ra ri ru re ro",but they is read like" la li lu le lo", as jpn romaji "R" is re "L" ,they don't have roll sound.

@tmkvtmbrb It depends on if your able to pick up on her vocals, some find it easier then others, The only Vocaloid I know who can't say the "Road Roller" clearly outside of Luka is Sonika.... I own her, Tonio, Prima and Big Al and she is the only one with gummy pronounications of those two words.

@AngelEmfrbl I think it isn't as the Japanese accent, as the voice actor of Luka speaks well English,and they recorded voice in phonics. The problem is from the Crypton programme editor.Maybe the programme editor is Japanese~I think「@r」sound is difficult to synthesize with「l」. As Vocaloid is synthesize voice by every phonicses together,Luka sings「l」with other phonicses don't have this problem, not some one says that Luka sings it to be「r」sound.

@tmkvtmbrb The only Engloid who comes close to Luka's pronunciation problems is Sonika. The problem isn't just accent alone, she supposedly has a lot of the diaphonetics missing if you believe certain Lujka users. Another theory which adds to the problem is how soft her vocals are, any instablity makes the sounds disappear, its common with soft toned Vocaloids.. Still better then using Japanese to make English.

I believe that Miku is overused to the point where some of my friends who like Vocaloid don't know who Luka, Rin, Len, and etc. are. @VanAkita The irony is the English version of the software has problems with "r" anyway ("all I have to do is ream..", instead of "all I have to do is dream..."). Tonio also will say "sing-uh" on short notes if your not careful. So its more then just an accent, its an accent combined with a bad pronounication via the software.
