It's one of those things..either you deal with th etroubleshooting yourself or you pay dearly for tech support.

Invisus' service and unlimited tech support is second to none.

Definitely a timely solution to a serious problem! When your computer goes down because of a virus it really is a helpless feeling...I know first hand! I just had to have my hard drive wiped clean due to a virus...the only thing that I saved was my RoboForm directory...bummer!
