  • I was thinking about going to this School Call American public university online...

Do they have online schools on the Websites!

  • wow, maybe instead of making videos you should study. This is your last semester and you can't even scrape a pass in a 100/1000 level math class, you should be ashamed of yourself.

  • @piratesthatpwn Aw, thanks for the encouragement! Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy :) I've since earned my Master's and am halfway to my Doctorate, but it's kind of you to be concerned. Have a great day!

  • I like her forthrightness

  • If you blew him, you would have gotten an A.

  • Drop the class.

If they won't let you out, set up a meeting with the head of the department, and explain what the professor has done. Yours won't be the first complaint, maybe they'll help you out.

If that doesn't work, see if your school has a petition option.

  • just realized it's the other guy who replied. Just saying that before you go on a rant about how i didn't realize it was one of the posters. We both know you would too, given that no replies of yours have any real substance to them.

  • *not

  • @kenzo4000 I heard about you, man. What a loser. Look at your comments: you can't get ONE thing right! Help yourself and get an education.

  • @maxgos1 I can't get one thing right? Yes, very well stated. You should be a public speaker.

You know usually when people say you cannot get one thing right, they point to what is actually wrong or inaccurate, but i guess you're having a hard time doing that.

  • *flawed inductive reasoning

  • @FinelineNation This post should be removed.

  • Hopefully your entrepreneurial skills are better than your math skills because whining on Youtube about a miserable boss rarely leads to anything other than packing your belongings.

  • @FinelineNation This christian-type chick who put up this vid should take your comment off lol You kiss your mother with that mouth?

  • *responses

  • Comment removed

  • @kenzo4000 Deductive logic involves a syllogism, which involves a three-part structure in which the predicate of the second concurs with the subject of the first premise. i.e., all men breathe; I am a man; I breathe. I cannot "deduce" how a series of "flagged as spam" and "comments removed" leads to the conclusion that you remove your posts, particularly when you use the "C" word and other profanity here, which would lead me to INDUCE (reaching a conclusion through a list of evidence) a lie.

  • @schuylerd1 lol you are using inductive reasoning because you are making unsubstantiated assumptions. You saw that comments were removed and decided to immediately make the conclusion that it must be due to "offensive language" Well there is nothing to support that assertion. Like i said i removed the comments myself due to incorrect grammar and wrong replies.

Furthermore, there is no evidence to support your claim. I have not used offensive language in the posts that are present.

  • @kenzo4000 I don't know if you understand this, but you are getting a web trolling rep and people are coming onto this site (I mean, NO one cares about this boring girl), to mess with you, because you compulsively reply. The other poster described 2 types of reasoning correctly (which you had initially mistaken), and you just sent multiple posts. My girlfriend told me about this: it's almost funny, but kind of sad. Do not clutter my inbox with a reply: just watch yourself.

  • @rodgerdodgerist Lol, you are doing the exact same thing. You reply to every single message i post. Ok so my replies tend to be a little longer, so what? The reality is that you do not have a real argument so you resort to calling me a troll.

This assumption is once again completely unsupported.

  • @kenzo4000 Uh, that was my first ever post on You Tube. Reread my message: you are seriously a funny YouTube sensation. I'm moving on now, so vet a life!

  • @rodgerdodgerist lol, the point still stands. You made a reply to every single post i made. I seriously hope you are done, cause this is becoming repetitive, but i doubt it.

  • @kenzo4000 Dude are you nuts? Get out of my inbox!!! I have only replied ONCE to you. Get a life.

  • @rodgerdodgerist Lol, so stop replying.

  • @kenzo4000 You are getting seriously famous, fool. Now seriously get a life! Everyone else on this site is correct. U R A freak with no friends or whatnot and you IMAGINE yourself able to "argue," which you cannot do. You have nothing to add to anything said, now ot ever.

  • @schuylerd1 I have to say, you guys are really funny. It seems to me that you are quite angry with my replies. Your constant need to pretend to find things funny, and attempts to insult me are beyond comical. Please keep it up :)

  • @kenzo4000 EVERYONE HATES YOU AND KNOWS THAT YOU ARE STUPID. THATZ IT: JUST STUPID. YOU ARE NOTHING AND YOU HAVE NOTHING TO SAY. PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY GET ON THE SITE JUST TO F WITH YOU. GET A CLUE.

  • @maxgos1 See, case in point. This mad man used all caps. Calm down man, its just youtube lol.

It seems to me that you are taking this a lot more personally than me.

  • @kenzo4000 I gotta agree with maxgos..."lol"

  • @schuylerd1 Not sure what maxgos is, but i actually did laugh out loud every time. I already stated that i find it very comical. Whereas i think most of those responding to me are really forcing the laughter. It seems that they are more angry than anything else.

  • @kenzo4000 maxgos posted a message to you on this site. Oh, and "lol" must mean "loser o loser" for you, loser.

  • @schuylerd1 That is the lamest insult i have heard in a long while.

  • @kenzo4000 and I'm sure that you hear a lot of them!

  • @schuylerd1 It's youtube, of course

  • @schuylerd1 Therefore you are making an unsupported claim. Simply because a comment was removed does not mean it has to be removed for the specific reason you gave. There are several reasons why it would be, and it this case it happens to be "because i removed them".

The point is that there is no reason why any rational person would assume it is due to offensive language. As i have no sworn in a single post so far, and have not made any personal attacks, despite the fact that several

  • @schuylerd1 despite the fact that several people have used offensive language against me.

Also none of the comments were actually flagged as spam, they were simply removed. So it's obvious that you don't even have the facts straight.

  • @schuylerd1 Better luck next time.

  • At the same time we pay thousands of dollars a year for tuition. Students also have certain mediums to complain about administration practices (ex student union) and to criticize the University practices.

Please next reply you make, think long and hard what you want to say, and think twice whether it makes any sense.

  • @kenzo4000 Look at the site, fool. At least two of your comments hae been removed. Get a life, troller.

  • @schuylerd1 lol i have erased several comments, one due to replying to the wrong person, and another due to grammatical errors. These comments were not removed by the moderator but myself. Next time try to apply better deductive logic.

  • @schuylerd1 Now you could be a rational person and test your theory. All you have to do is message the person who posted this video.

  • While those not attending the University can access it, there are specific conditions. For instance most Universities check identity cards after 10 or 11 pm, because after that time only students are allowed on University grounds. Also like i said Universities are policed by special constables (which is a form of private police)

  • @FinelineNation Your crass and stupid language is the only thing "shocking" here. You can't seem to be able to control your usage at all in your posts. So angry!

  • The girl in the video needs a speech class. She seems to have a speech inpediment

  • @thehantavirus Hi, I don't have a speech impediment. The camera I was using had very poor sound quality. The later videos recorded on my mac are much better.

  • @last100days You seem to have a slight lisp, which is nothing to be ashamed of. Seems like most of the neg comments here are from people who have worked hard to be in, and to stay in, college, and who are summarily tired of whining. It s also weird, not yr fault, but the internet's probably, that your complaints about your prof will remain here unless removed. So even after this guy is dead and his kids are hunting around for any reference to him, they have to see THIS? Cold!

  • @last100days No offense, and I hope none taken, but you DO have a lisp.

  • @last100days You dont have a speech impediment, what the hell you guys?!?

  • i'll start using RMP religiously from now on.

  • oh my gosh I'm taking this horrible statistics professor and he freaking sucks at teaching. You can't understand most of what he says (he's Chinese) and damn it, his midterm was hard and he jut didn't prepare us for it at all. I checked my college's student reports for this prof, and the majority of them hated him and woudn't recommended him. I tried to add him to ratemyprofessor . com but it didn't let me for some reason (said i had to enable cookies and i did but didnt work..) ....

  • RMP is an independent site that evaluates professors. Why should students be held accountable for what they write in there? Are you telling me that if i you make a complaint against a companies practices on a forum, you should have to leave your personal information? Yeah, that's great logic.

  • @kenzo4000 You seem like such a scary freak. Really, nuff said.

  • @mitchwayne1 I guess all the information is too much for you. Relax a little, your brain might explode.

  • @kenzo4000 Information??? Other than that you are a pig who name-calls women, there's no content to your posts. You must have a sad life.

  • @mitchwayne1 Name calling women? What are you talking about? Because i disagreed with lisetteaful? Oh, i guess it's not right to argue with anybody of the opposite sex.

  • @FinelineNation Ha Ha. A "shocker!" Woaw, that's exciting stuff. I hope that your parents' sofa is comfy lol.

  • I am glad you have this as a forum! Happily, my intuition has saved me considerable trouble. In any event, I have learned that even if you are a complete encyclopedia in your field, that does NOT mean you can teach of convey those ideas! Remember, these are grades, they are NOT you and while to a degree they may be some what representative of you, they do NOT equal you! I wish you wellness! Namaste' Scot
  • People who post on Rate my Prof are disgruntled. Not very objective.

  • Comment removed

  • @FinelineNation And you decide who is the "best" professor re: RMP? How sad. What on earth do you study?

  • ratemyproffesor is a great site. Because you can actually gain knowledge about proffesors and how they teach. There is virtually no other place where you can find this information. The anti calenders are always terrible and most of the time leave a nice overal feedback written by the guy who created it. You really have no idea how the proffesor teachers, what he expects etc..

  • @kenzo4000 If you cannot even spell "professors," maybe it's, uh, YOUR fault if you don't do well.

  • This is the most common complaint about math professors: they can't understand why they are not understood.

  • Furthermore some may think that smearing a teacher publicly is justified but what other profession has individuals getting their name smeared publicly? Yes there are some bad teachers out there, but more and more students just don't want to do any work outside of class like - gasp! open up the book on the weekend, take and review notes or work on homework, or ask the teacher for one on one help outside of class. MOSTstudents today are just apathetic and yet "expect" to pass or receive an A.

  • Students need a way to vent, not get revenge, and that's what a teacher evaluation is for at the end of the semester. Complain to your Dean but not on YouTube. RateMyProfessor is silly as demonstrated by the pepper for "hotness". Students are given a grade at the end of the semester and a professor is graded with the evaluation but students' grades are not posted online and their reputations are not smeared online either.

  • @toad1971 People need to be warned about certain classes.

  • if i were u i would just drop........a w grade is much better than an f an F is unraisable and will kill ur gpa even a d is not worth it since some colleges like mine treat Ds like Fs and give absolutely no credit.........

  • seriously i understand what you mean i know how it feels since the same thing happened to me but anyway i just wanted to point out that whoever created this website called rate my professor i would of probably never stepped in a college again

  • I do go to college...and most of my classes have people complaining about all the work they have to do, and how bad the professor is and blah...blah...blah...and that's also a lot of what I see on rate my prof...it can't be me...it must be my prof's fault.

  • Thankfully, I received a D so I was able to graduate on time and finish my Master's a year later.

  • @last100days In the end, all that matters is your degree...

    alexsah.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/83850success-posters.jpg

  • @SpanishBroomaker No, seriously, it's how much you learn. Going out into the working world w/out the preparation is potentially fatal.

  • @last100days

WTF? Your college passes people with D's? Seriously the quality of universities is questionable. Did you know the average gpa at graduation is a 3.0 nationwide?

  • @Rockynurse She only made one D.

  • Sorry you got a bad prof. but isn't it your own fault for getting an F? You should have dropped...

I never register before looking at rate my professor, ever ever ever.

  • Yeah...go to rate my professor...some brilliant insights there....yeesh!!! (is my sarcasm showing)

  • Actually, I've looked up EVERY professor I've had in college and the ratings are DEAD accurate. You must not go to college.

  • @Gorillazfreak18 how do you account for the profs where one student gives her a 5 and the next student gives her a 1. Who do you believe if they're so "dead accurate"?

  • Usually, an overwhelming majority of students give one professor a specific rating. Go to the site and you'll see what I mean.

There are TERRIBLE professors, believe me. Go to college. and there is an in between if you actually GO to the site, which you haven't.

  • @jonosmyth I'm with you. RMP is stupid and can actually lead you off track: a proof that works for someone elase may not work for you. Also, profs often give themselves bad ratings to discourage large classes.

  • OMG my math teacher got a 1.5/5 i found this site after i took the class

  • The professor's name is William Kiley. If you don't believe me, go on the site, and look for him. You're going to see the same reviews.

  • I thinkj professors should be fired for poor performance, as well as teachers.

  • One of my English professors from a community college was always ragging on people for being concise, or trying to "act smarter than they really are." Some people found him to be a prick because of the low grades he would give them, but I never thought he was a prick. Although, i never had bad grades in his class.

  • I have a 1.8 rated prof coming up this semester. It's also my last. I get the sense that if you read the book you can do well I don't really care about temperament as long as I can do well. however, I'm thinking about changing my schedule as SOON as possible.

  • maybe you should spend more time studying and less time whining about your grade...

  • @largeblackman69 what if she actually studies?

  • I gave you a 5 star on this one. It's about time that there is some way to make bad professors somewhat accountable...even if it's through a venue such as YouTube.

It's been far too long that there's these few inept ones who's only intent and purpose to "teaching", besides getting a pay check, is that they can play the game of life or death with someone's scholastic life and future careers. And yes, these type of monstrous egos DO exist at a college level.

    Down with crappy professors!!!!

  • You hit the nail on the head. I also gave her 5 stars. Unfortunately, my school no longer list the names when you register so it is hard to use ratemyprofessor. If a teacher has an ego, abusive or angry at the world they should be a celebrity or hidden in a back office and they should NOT be working with the public. If I abused or had egos with my clients I would instantly go out of business. Math is easy to her teacher because duh he has been doing it for the past 40 or 50 years.

  • Everybody craps on the prof if they do badly. No one does if he or she does well. That's the reality of it. This prof didn't ask this brat to go on you tube and rant against him and he also didn't ak her to be in his class. Don't like the class? You can leave, take another one etc.. The prof is stuck there. They don't ask for you to take their courses. There are so many choices out there.

  • And for some, there is no other choice offered for a course that's required...and taught by an inept ass. And if the "prof" can't teach in an appropriate manner, then perhaps THEY need to go elsewhere...like the unemployment office!

  • There are choices! College is not gitmo; it's a place for relatively privileged people to go. They have to do what's necessary or they are welcome to leave.

  • Actually, I did well in a teacher's class last year but I'll admit I was just good at the subject, because she sucked as a teacher.

  • @Gorillazfreak18 So when you do well, it's all you...when you do badly it's the professors fault...give me a break!

  • In MY CASE, that IS ture, because I've had a perfect attendance since 7th grad,e haven;t missed a class, I do all of my homework AND am ACTIVE in class. I can't speak for other people.

With that being said, I have a 3.0GPA and haven't had any bad professors but they are out there. To say there is no such thing as a BAD professor is ridiculous. I'm going to be a teacher and a GOOD teacher.

  • @chiara705 There were 80 people that said he was bad and he might ha

    have taught a required class.

  • The rigor at George Mason University must be pretty low.

Stop blaming others and move on with your life. Not everyone has an aptitude for math.

I am giving you the benefit that you earned your good grades in your other courses as you claimed, instead of the ones who kept nagging at the professors until they give you a bettor grade to get you OFF their backs.

You'll go far in life cause you have the GIFT of manipulation down pat. Instead of using youtube, do it face to face. I DARE YOU!

  • No need to take the dare because I did speak with my professor, as my other videos describe. I agree that it is much better to address an issue face to face.

  • It's not you, I am older than you in my 30's and I have noticed that some of the teachers are angry, abusive, egotistical and feel that have a right to play god. And you seem very intelligent and brave. The two problems are nepotism and tenure. They are teachers they are supposed to teach and if not get fired. I hang out with my friends, they are called TEACHERS for a reason.

  • My sentiments exactly FuLu...

  • @last100days HE'S rude? Does this professor really deserve this nonsense? I mean, does he? What's next: should students vote for who teaches them? What happened to education and respect.?

  • @lisetteaful It's not respectful to voice your opinion? To post constructive criticism? We pay thousands of dollars a year for our education. I think students should have the ability to voice their opinion and have useful information provided to them by other students. I think you have just illustrated how ignorant and narrow minded you are with your last reply. You judge me based on the fact that i mispelled a word in my last comment, which was clearly a typo.

  • @kenzo4000 This is simply pathetic. With all of this "whaaa, whaaa, whaa whining, maybe High chool students should spend six to nine months in boot camp, or therapy, or some other inner-tube toughening exercise before striking out to college.

  • @lisetteaful Lol, i'm not whining about anything. You are the only one complaining here. Take a zoloft, or something. You obviously need to get that anger under control.

  • @kenzo4000 You are SUCH a loser. Everyone laughs at you. You blow up over nothing, swearing and freaking out like a nut. Your comments even had to be removed even from this lame forum. There is obviously no place for you, then. hehehehe. You're sad and weird and you sort of know it and that makes you crazy! Funny.

  • @lisetteaful What comments were removed? When did i swear here? Please find a single post. You are clearly delusional.

However, your angry replies do indicate some deep psychological problems. I suggest you get help and try to control your anger.

  • @kenzo4000 People who are so worried about being "judged," should not go to college at all. It's all ABOUT ranking and judgment, but then so is life!

  • @lisetteaful I'm confused, so you agree with me then? The professors are the ones being judged on the site.

  • @kenzo4000 OK, let's get this right. Yes, judging is what college is all about: the profs problem with RMP is that the judging is done ANONYMOUSLY. That is so cowardly and shows a real lack of personal responsibility. Profs stand behind their grading, recommendations etc.. Students need to do the same with their comments. And wouldn't it be funny if profs could judge students on their looks with chili peppers and so forth? Students would collapse in tears if they had any real idea...

  • @lisetteaful Maybe professors do judge students by their looks, how would you know? Obviously i'm exaggerating, but you don't really know what type of bias could exist.

Anyways, Universities are private institutions and the students have every right to be critical of professors. Just like any customer you have a right to complain, about the quality of the product you receive. Often these complaints can be done anonymously. So quit whining, its capitalism at its finest.

  • @kenzo4000 FOR THE LAST TIME most Universities are public institutions, not private ones. State schools are PUBLIC, WTF re: "capitalism at its finest?" That's like saying you would endorse the post office raising stamp costs and public transit changing bus and train routes at will. You simple make no sense.

  • @lisetteaful Do you know anything? Most Universities are PRIVATE institutions, BUT they are publicly funded and accessed. This is why they employ special constables (who are private police, that have full powers of state police) Universities are an example of what is called MASS PRIVATE PROPERTY. I suggest you research the topic before you express such invalid points.

  • @lisetteaful Professors are employees and we are the customers who pay for University.

Are you telling me people aren't normally judged and evaluated at their work place? The only difference is that RMP doesn't hold any real importance. University administration does not use it to evaluate whether a professor is doing his or her job well.

  • You rock. Who are you?

  • @pwnstar269 I agree with you, pwnstar269. The idea of anonymous smearing, especially of one's elders, gives me the creeps. These people study and work for years to be where they are, and they are not paid that well. It isn't fair to criticize them anonymously on RMP. They don't grade you anonymously: they own their grades.

  • @mitchwayne1 o.0 college professors aren't paid all that bad. Also to be a college professor you need a masters. That can be about 6-7 years schooling. Doing a small major such at psychology at Chico State and avoiding many rigorous classes makes the bachelor's simple. Masters may be the only difficult area but that would be 2-3 years. Saying that they study and work for years to where they are may not say a whole lot as compared to other areas of study. Also, life isn't fair =3

  • @heckyahoney Professors need to have PhDs, not just MAs. This can take, depending on one's research field, from six years to forever. Following that, there is a rigorous job search that includes public lectures, sample teaching, etc., after that, there's much much more. It is an extremely demanding field.

  • @mitchwayne1 Some professors are bad. I love my professors but I know bad ones are out there. This site is useful for avoiding bad professors.

  • It gets on my nerves you only have a 350 character limit. You get more in these unimportant youtube comments!!!

  • Not wise.

  • I disagree that rmp is just for failing disgruntled students. I have read comments of students that have an A in their classes and they are unhappy about their classes because of the teaching styles of the teachers. The professors at universities and colleges are suppose to be teachers because they are teaching students on a subject. I know theres alot of whiners on that site, but there also good reviews of teachers.

  • @thehantavirus don't take my word for it...do the math. I challange to pick any prof and compare the "she's wonderful" comments with the "she sucks" comments. How many comments do you find in the middle? Not many. People who comment are really really happy with their grade or really pissed off about their grade...not much in between.

  • @jonosmyth The trick isn't aiming to find good, bad, or in between comments but to find insightful comments. Ones that really have good content in them. Once you've done that, compare it with classmates/friends if possible to find out what you can about a professor. Some people may not care/take the time to/like using RMP or researching their professors but seeing as I'm paying my tuition I'm going to take the time to make a good investment.

  • Comment removed

  • This website saved my life!

My first semester I also had a bad 1.2-rated professor for math whose passing percent was 2.6% of students! ... NOW, I'm just going through college like a breeze... Register early though!! 'cause more and more students are getting on this site.

  • youre hottt

  • How about rate my student? I'd rate you an F.

  • He gave me a D actually.

Although I would give you an A for effort.

  • you're hot lol

  • That website is good but only 75% is accurate because most people rate it when they failed the class not passing student. Math is and English are the classes you should look into. My Eng and math teacher where the same all my classes if I need to take English again I think i would register at Mason because my Eng teacher works there now :(

  • You are not alone. Some of these posters seem to forget that professors are human. They make mistakes. They are not perfect. And some... are horrible teachers. I don't know what I would have done without RMP. I have had so many fabulous professors that care about and have a passion for teaching thanks to RMP. But it also helps me weed out the bad ones who could care less about whether their students learn.

  • Much like any non-moderated review site, you should take everything you see on RMP with a grain of salt.

I don't doubt that the poster of this video had difficulty with the subject matter and the instructor, but a blanket recrimination of the instructor is just as bad as his supposed "teaching style". Math isn't "easy" and it takes more than just coming to class to get the material. A professor can only spend so much on a topic before student questions begin to hurt OTHER students.

  • As someone already mentioned, RMP is a great repository for disgruntled, failing students seeking to lash out in some way against the source of their perceived failure. If the original poster isn't a neophyte to college, she should have sought out a math tutor on campus (I'm sure they have a Math Lab) or online resources - there are TONS of members on YouTube who have profiles dedicated to math help.

  • You are wrong. Ratemyprofesors is full of positive reviews, more than negative ones.

  • I agree that RMP is pretty useless, unless you want to vent, whine, and yell. This young woman should be proud that she really has engendered some debate!

  • Sorry to here this,

The problem is teachers don't cater to different students learning styles cause they don't know how to. And they don't care cause they are overworked and underpaid. So they just end up teaching the material they are given.

Thank god for rate my prof.

  • Have you read the other comments? Professors aren't there to "cater" to students but to pass on knowledge and continue research. Grammar and high school teachers (who are even MORE overworked) are the ones called upon to cater to learning styles, NOT university profs. And RMP does NOT improve this situation at all!

  • Just so eveyone might know, College and University Faculty are NOT teachers. They were never trained to be teachers nor set out to be teachers nor do they become teachers. Ph.D. faculty are researchers and discoverers of new knowledge and Universityies and Colleges are more places of discovery and learning than they are of teaching. Faculty earned Ph.D.s in their field and are scientists, artists, mathimaticians and our system suggests in your final stages of learning, that you hang with them

  • She is not an "idiot!" Students get into classes, often in math/science, that they are simply not prepared for nor have aptitude for. No mandate says that each student is able to pass every course, and if they cannot, the teacher or prof is at fault. Check out the European/Asian systems on this...and they outrank us by far. Complaining and blaming others will not get anyone a career. As for RMP, it's an mtv-sponsored screed sheet for disgruntled and failed students. Take it as you will.

  • I am amazed by these videos for RMP! Look, your prof is a TEACHER not a TUTOR (as lots of parents/students demand). It is ultimately up to YOU to perform well and learn material, especially in math courses, where the material is non-negotiable. This profs bad ratings were possibly all from students who were not ready for the class.

  • I agree that a teacher is just that, and not a tutor. It's also been my experience that the rate your professor comments are roughly accurate. Also, I can attest that a good teacher has the ability to make a difficult class or subject easy, and a bad teacher can make an easy class hard. You know there really is such a thing as a teacher with poor teaching skills. Come on now, we can't all be self taught gurus! If that were the case then there'd be no need for college or teachers.

  • Come on now lizzie 5287, did you actually watch the video. This student has completely valid points and examples and she is in her last semester. That probably means she's not an idiot or a poor student. My guess is that you're probably a teacher with the difficulty of seeing where your students are coming from.

  • But this Faculty is not a teacher. He is a Mathematician.

  • Cho was in his last semester, too!

  • yeah i can definetely agree; when it comes to math or any technical subject, it's just a process. sometimes the professor isn't the best person to give extra help. going to someone else or another professor works well. unlike english classes, in math you can legitametly seek something other than the teachers opinion. it seems to me as though you were having a math problem at a liberal institution.

  • I just looked at the reviews. Wow, why hasn't that professor been fired?

  • If he is a tenured professor, they basically can't rid of him!

  • And thay shouldn't since they hired him for math skills, not teaching skills.

  • Because they are a professional mathematician and very good at it and that his job description, not being a teacher! Learn what it means to go to College. It is not just advanced High School. Maybe your High School didn't do its job teaching.

  • Hey baby

  • If you are taking and failing a 100-level math course in your last year then you have obviously avoided anything difficult your entire college years. Get a tutor and ace the course. Learn something. If you pass the course, you will have accomplished something.

  • Who doesn't know about rate my professor? I knew about it before I even got to USF. haha, good point though, definetely check that site before taking any teacher!

  • I had a college professor has an even lower rating.

    It's called "tenure."

  • actually rate my professor separates the celebrity teacher to the common teacher. haha. if they have good review, they are now what we call the celebrity teachers. lol. hahaha. it is helpfull. the site is really helpfull,. but people always abuses stuff. i'd say that if you are truly determined to pass the class. you must put time and effort on the material. teachers are there to grade you. and it's just up to us to learn it ourselves.. based from my past experiences.

  • yeah but some teachers dont even test you on the what they taught you..you end up studying something that not on the test...your probably a poor teacher ....POSER

  • fyi im still in college. major in electrical engineering. once you get to any eng'g physics class. most of the professor are rude. im getting an A based on my effort. not based on my teacher. its just up to you if you want to research the material. p.s. i'am not the genius type. i just try really hard.

  • I feel for ya. I (maybe) graduate in a couple of days and the reason I may not pass one class here at the end is because the prof. is horrible at fielding questions or explaining subject matter...oh, and when I talk in class he belittles my answers.

You were objective here and that's why your comment will be heard.

  • On second thought, I'd rather keep your comment up so people can see the kind of choice words that come from a Professor who is seeking to insult strangers to make them feel better.

  • You are a hypocrite. There are name cliing comments (check where you come up elsewhere on You Tube), and you have no problem maligning a prof. And...no one on this site believes that you are getting a Master's degree, unless it's in lispy, girlish, faux-victim whining.

  • its interesting to see the type of people who take time and energy out of their day to insult strangers.

And yes, i'll be deleting your comment again.

If you'd like to continue exerting energy posting more replies to this video, feel free. I'll delete each one of them.
