I've never heard this song before. Reminds me of beach/surf music, not so much The Yellow Balloon. This song is a hit that never was..after hearing it for the first time I would be lying to myself if I said this song hasn't got the potential have gone top 10 back in the mid-sixties when The Yellow Balloon did just that. If I was to listen to this song and have had to guess the artists, It may take me awhile, as i'd be guessing, I know I wouldn't guess The Beatles..but still? Thx4 post

Listen up everyone, Alex Valdez sang this song, not Don Grady. Alex is the one hitting those high notes. He sounded just like that in person too. Great voice. I knew this band back in 1967. Everyone thinks Don Grady sang most of their songs. Alex was the lead singer. Don sang only a couple of songs. Great band and great bunch of guys. Love them!!
