@killerfrontline09 air is not a fluid. it's made up of many gases (nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, O2, O3, methane when you fart lol, etc). solid, liquid, gas. air =/= liquid.

Obviously the dog doesnt like it. Its not physically hurting the dog in any way, or isolating it, or making the dog more viscious in any way. People do things to animals every day that they may not enjoy, but is not considered animal abuse such as people who make dogs wear "doggy" clothing: the dog wont like wearing it, but it certainly isnt animal abuse. Whoever thinks this is animal abuse/cruelty are retarted.
