I hope they don't decide to do a 'More Daleks are hiding!' anytime soon. It's okay the first couple of times, but if there was a 4th lot of Daleks hiding away it would just be annoying.

As RTD's last (hopefully) finale (not inc. the 3 specials), he was obvs gunna bring the daleks back. Great to see the daleks back. Fair enough their appearance in series 3 was poor, but they are still great villains and defo my fave of doctor who new and old. If Davros is back too, I think we will be in for a cracking story.

Well actually they had quite a large part. They attempted to create a perfect Dalek via messing with the the genetics of humans, resufaced in the very next episode, and the villain there was funded by Saxon to complete the experiment, and then use that technology on the doctor in the finale.
(Contidued) The Master fled the Time War, and hid at the end of the universe, meaning his appearance there was also caused by the Daleks, and the idea of humans as the great survivors resurfaced in Utopia, where they still existed, these humans there became the Toclafane, who played a large part in the series finale. The Daleks made no appearance in the finale, but there previous appearances influenced/foreshadowed the series finale.

I'm not so sure... when all these rumours started, supposedly someone from the bbc leaked that Davros was coming back. Well what if they saw Max from the Christmas special, thought "hey, head and wheels, it's Davros!" and leaked it out. Seriously, yes, every doctor has to fight the daleks, but they don't have to fight them /every/ season. After the last episodes of series one you were just abusing them. The human-dalek? Completly ruined them.
This is the last Series of Doctor Who for a while, they need to pull out all the stops. Its just a few specials next year and then another series in 2010. That's why they're bringing back Davros and the sontarons.
Each year they have reintroduced classic monsters and elements from the past besides the Daleks.
Series 1 had the Autons and a nod to UNIT.
Series 2 had the Cybermen, Sarah Jane and K9.
Series 3 had the Master and the Macra.
Series 4 is keeping with that tradition by having the Sontarans and UNIT. But as for Davros, until I see some solid proof since nothing has been confirmed, I won't get my hopes up. Afterall, there were rumours of the return of the Rani for Series 3. Didn't happen.
but the BBC aactully sed just before they started filming series 4, that thhey were dfiently going to bring back Davros. and also, i won a competition in the paper to meet the cast and creators of Doctor Who, and i spoke to Russel T Davis, and the rest of the producers and they told me personally thatt they were definately going to bring back Davros.

i think this is Davros tho, hes in command, gives a bit of a change, though your right, they are used too much, mebe a new big villian would be cool to, rather than constantly reusing old big baddies

Series 4 is keeping with that tradition by having the Sontarans and UNIT. But as for Davros, until I see some solid proof since nothing has been confirmed, I won't get my hopes up. Afterall, there were rumours of the return of the Rani for Series 3. Didn't happen.

I've seen news in the back of my TV guide (oh dear), rumours of Ben Kingsley playing the role of Davros in series 4.

but the BBC aactully sed just before they started filming series 4, that thhey were dfiently going to bring back Davros. and also, i won a competition in the paper to meet the cast and creators of Doctor Who, and i spoke to Russel T Davis, and the rest of the producers and they told me personally thatt they were definately going to bring back Davros.

Does anyone belive the crap that's in the newspapers. I'm happy that the daleks are coming back. It wouldn't be as good a show without them. And also, why does everyone which that the last dalek story, the one set in new york, is the worst dalek story since Destiny of the daleks? I rather liked it.
I'm convinced that Davros will come back. It's possible that he a Dalek Caan wil rescue the million strong dalek army from the void. That'll explain how Rose get's back.

yeah i agree i thought that evolution of the daleks was very good. it was very different. It had a good story line. And the ending where the daleks choose to remain pure n kill sec is great

i think this is Davros tho, hes in command, gives a bit of a change, though your right, they are used too much, mebe a new big villian would be cool to, rather than constantly reusing old big baddies

it would be cool to see a new baddy facing the doctor but bringing back old ones gets the publicity up since the older people will watch it because of their childhood memories of the doctor who with william hartnell or tom baker (you choose) but yeah, a big kick ass bad alien would be cool!

From the rumors i here davros is back which means that, the last remaining dalek might of found davros and they could be recreating daleks.
