Agreed. As lame-o as the lyrics and melodic choices are at times, the recent Kaipa discs were far more interesting musically than any other neo-prog offerings from the same time period. I found out about them through the uber-cheesy Flower Kings and ended up liking their work far more, especially since it brought more out of Jonas' bass capabilities and put a little bit of a damper on Roine's worst musical tendencies.
I love the strange, surreal environment they create. A great way to escape reality. I'm pretty sure they are trying to create a fantasy world in your head.
Very good, remind me genesis in their beginnings. Keep the good work =)
