Thanks for the feedback. A little relaxed, well thats a start, You can never overdose on Hypnosis so the more you do it you will find the deeper you can take yourself. When I do Hypnosis with a client in front of me it usually consists of 5 elements.
1-Eye closure
2-Induction
3-Deepener
4- Therapy
5-Awakening
my sessions generally last 45-60min so on this upload 10mins genereally is all you get so there is only really an induction on here.
My whole body, just, I couldn't FEEL my body, I wasn't even there, the only thing I was aware of was your voice, I ffeel so amazing now... almost like i'm floating....
