  • Don't stay in the one place for too long, be quick on your toes you have really good speed with your punches maybe more power as well would act in your favor move your head, Imagine the punch bag as a opponent not a piece of meat.

  • garde to on ma zajebistą, i te potężne ciosy....

  • Heres a tip... get a better video recorder

  • dont stand at the back move in and out each combination. try and hit around your head level and kick it in the bits every now and then because outside of a boxing gym thats what they will be doing to you. you have potential though.

  • Keep yo hands up

  • wear handwraps, because you will ware out your wrists, also, try and keep your guard(hands) up to make it more realistic, and move around a bit more. hope it helps dude

  • hey mate, im a begginer too. check my videos out and let me know what you think plus all i would say is keep your hands up, you seen to forget to and i also keep getting told to remember my guard lol

  • Keep your hands up, Work on your legs and foots they needs to be alot faster to confuse the opponent. You have to switch abit in your strikes, i mean left and right. Jab with left arm more often, switch leg position. You always begin to strike with right, try to strike with left first. And you have to be faster :)

  • @hgfrjkgfjjj i think he's a southpaw or is it the angle?

  • no footwork, no defence, punches are far too low

  • You need to use the Jab more.

  • just be realistic mate , coz no 1 is gonna stand in front of u like that , u need to move abit more , and use yah jab , in sted of lead hook all tha time

  • Mate, Erm all i wud say is keep your guard higher. When you punch get your guard back up str8 away. Other that than all good.

  • First tip, lose the skull cap it is screaming "Hey I am a fucking MEATBALL!"

  • nice music

  • try to keep your back foot down more. and throw your body into to it from the ground up.

  • you dont train fore fights right? if you dont thers no need to overcritic you on the chin and all. One basic rule tho, find a comfortuble stance 50/50 on both your feet, bend nees slighty, remember DONT reach for the bag, just twist you'r hips. Try losenup and hit it vith momentum insted of power. And yes one mor thing, keep your upperbody centerd or els you will los your balanc. And remember, train lik a champ ; ) god luck

  • keep utr hands up mainly ur RIGHT or ull get a big left hook if ur not carefull!!!!

  • When you do this stick somthing under your chin to practice protecting it.

  • ur quite good for a begginer but remember to guard ur chin

  • rite when u go to he body duck down then punch don't stand up then punch down because u lose your stance and you cant get as much power behind it

the other thing is keep ya hands up ( your guard) but u got the power so keep it up

  • You chin is wide open. Tuck in and also roll side to side. A good way to train is tie a sting about neck level and duck and uppercut while advancing forward. This will do wonders for your back muscles.

  • work on your guard and footwork and general movement the speed and power is good!

  • hit it with a stick!

  • you have alot of work to do.

  • you seem quick, use it! move! to stationry, stay light on your feet, no defense.

  • it looks like you got some power and got some speed the only adjustment i would make is try to work on moving around the bag

  • Yeah, I agree, I think you are very good; christ I remember when I first went on a bag! I like the way you are pasing yourself; flows vey well. You could keep your hands up a little higher but everyone drops there hands. Keep it up, I have learnt something, thank you.

  • for a beginer your awesome

  • i meant to say look like*

  • take that condom of your head and then you wont like like a dick lol

  • Your jab is non existant. You are open to a counter left hook because you have no defense on that side and you are actually leaning into that punch. You have no movement left to right or no movement ducking and weaving. You are a straight on target. Get someone to show you. You can correct those things easily.

  • yea youve got good power, but as someone else said below me. you need to pretend that your fighting a real person in the ring, which means that you need to keep those hands up or your gunna get smacked! also i think you need to snap out the jab more. its not a power punch, its a stun punch to line you up for the straight. but your doin good keep it up

  • IMPRESIVE THROW THE RIGHT A BIT MORE

  • not to bad man. work your feet a bit more and pretend that your versing a person not a bag. keep your hands up because they are pretty low at the moment but all in all pretty good man keep it up

  • are you a lefty?

  • yoyoyoyo!! ive bin boxing pro for 30 years, with people like archie moore, ricky hatton, sugar ray, david schwimmer, bob hoskins, your kicking skills are sick!!!keep up the kicking power!!yoyoyoyoyo!!

  • its me again your bag is not to light heavy bags are for strength and conditioning not for novices.so dont listen to any1 that tells you it is.keep working hard ok pal

  • bcos ur a south paw you will hav to learn to keep those hands up and ur chin dwn all it takes is 4 ur apponent to step round ur right hand and ull feel the wrath!!try puting a tennis ball under ur chin and a glove under ur right elbow working only ur left just until you get those hands up also try transfering ur w8 wen hooking.u could try + move ur bag to a btr position u must be able to move round ur bag. ur apponent wont stay in the one place you have to be able to move.feel free to wb

  • keep ur hands up and use ur jab more and get in closer and use hooks close and low

  • keep them hands up at all times, ive only just started boxing aswell n my coach said when u bring them up, just touch ur forhead so u get used 2 keeping them up.

get down low and use the power from ur back on your hooks

  • thts a lightbag

and as jdollaz03 said, you must aim for punching through the bag, instead of aiming for the bag aim for hitting as if your hitting through it

  • hands up higher, and try punching as if you wanted to punch through the bag, use your hips to generate momentum and swing your punches from the hip, specially hooks

  • keep your guard up mate and twist ya feet and hips a bit more, but all in all very good for first time mate

  • well like i said i've only just started boxing and this is the only punchbag i've ever been on so don't really know if its too light or not

  • @jason6549 if you just started how come your so good man?

  • is it to light?
