it depends dude, some breaks dont hurt that bad at all, and some do. even if they look disgusting, it doesnt always mean it hurts.

It is sorta hard to say. A simple fracture can go from little to more pain when stressed. A displaced fracture after it is set can be a bugaboo and will like to keep it up high to keep the pressure low. Now to really get an idea imagen the last time you banged your kneecap enough to get an ache that lasted for an hower. A fracture is a bit worse but survivable.

i fractured my wrist friday, and my parents thought it was a sprain! i just went home and for 3 days had a displaced fracture and didnt realize it! i got my cast today and its going to be there for 6 weeks! and yes, it hurts to fracture your wrist, but the doctor said he was amazed at how i didnt cry or anything.

well the color of my cast is baby blue and i was skating. i dropped in to the bowl and when i was going up the bowl again over rotated and fell hard to my right. i fell about 6 feet to the bottom and landed on my wrist. i thought it hurt, but i wasnt in any severe pain. afterwards i went to a skateshop and my hand felt hand felt numb and locked up, i couldnt move it. my parents thought it was just a sprain, but i demanded x rays, so i got them, and sure enough it was broken. i got a cast after
