The only thing that I like about Majin Vegeta (beside the fact that he looks badass :P) is that Babidi doesn' t even control him. Other than that, I prefer the "real" Vegeta, I actually thought it wasn't like Vegeta to purposely put himself under Babidi's control (even if he might have suspected that he'd be able to fight that control) just to gain more power. After all it was in a way accepting someone's help to win and Vegeta never does that. He even hates to take Senzu Beans for that...
