  • isnt there a tutorial video about how to make Rob's shirt? I swear Ive seen one, but now I cant find it...

  • No offence but the only reason why I watch threadbanger is because of steampunk stuff.

  • I love this pattern and this lady! what an awesome mom! So i found that you can make a caplet with a hood and a scarf like tie closure and add pockets with all the left over sweater! which i did with a crazy patterned red sweater for christmas! love it!

  • but hey... this implies that corinne has kids.

    ...

    am i missing something here?

  • @lemondrop5578 no she says she's done that eye roll before, like when she was a teenager. no she does not have kids...

  • this is so cute! and with the extra cut offs you could make a hat and mittens like in "Hats, Ponchos, Mittens, DIY Holiday Gifts " from 2007.

this would look so cute with a dress and leggings, im so going to check out her blogspot.

    thanks for the tutorial!

  • um. i love this woman. :)

  • great skills, but not sure my girls would wear it?

  • .. would you actually wear that?

  • Her daughters mind (I am TOTALLY NOT wearing this thing when I go out, I'll look like a 10 year old)

Her mothers mind (Oh, I she looks so young, It must be nice to look younger then you are. :)

  • connie women who know you could look so gorgeous :)

  • I love the capelet idea! I spend 99 cents on a men's sweater and I made the capelet! With the extra material I made a winter hat and attached a flower to it, so cute and cheap to make!

  • Hooray. I really learned a lot from this video! I've spent hours trying to get my wired ears to sit right, and now I know how. ThAnKs!!!

  • I love how she had that flower in her hair.

  • corinne should do hair tutorials...

  • oh my god, yes! Her hair always looks super cute!

  • tht is sooo cool. i might try it

  • hey, this is pretty neat!

  • That's so cute. My mom can't even sew a button on so I always have to sew things for myself and for her. And I have those buttons! I hate walmart but I was in there the other day and I saw those buttons and loved them. I haven't decided what to do with them yet but I may add them to the scarf I am knitting in order to turn it into more of a neck wrap type thing... I'm not very good at describing it but I think it will look cute :)

  • im super jealous of Jen! i soooo wish my mom had such awesome sewing skills, i had to learn everything the hard way through trial & error... so think of how lucky you truly are next time you roll those pretty eyes your momma gave you! lol, thanks for the video ;)

  • Way to go Jen's Mom... love this project!

  • ha ha the rubber ducky idea... love it

  • Random Idea: Raincoat-type Capelet.

Like, a water proof capelet made out of an old rain coat. That'd be super adorable! It's probably already been made but it just popped in my head! OOOOH, and you could embellish it with a little rubber ducky picture or something:))

  • That is cute and kinda easy!! Thats good cuz im bad at sewing lol. also that looks like that would keep you warm, but not hot, just like the perfect temp for spring. Very good!! And very cute!!!

  • y am i watching this

  • WOW! that is so cute! I love it! I might have to give that a try!!

  • what is corrine's necklace there? it looks neat

  • Thanks, now i know what a capelet is!

  • It's like a baby cape!

  • It's like an old lady cape!

  • what was the episode that showed how to make that shirt rob is wearing (with the "ruffles")?

  • Great tutorial!

I love Corrine's hair do, très chic!

  • What a great tutorial! Jen, you did a great job!!

  • You could make a bag out of what's left of the sweater...the bottom and sleeves.

  • i like corrines hair tooo :] haha they should have a tutorial on it

  • yup, i agree

  • yes!! i agree too!!

  • umm i'm probbably wrong but the necklace would't happen to be from the fair in the bikini episode? you know with the twigs and maple seeds.probbably not but it doesn't hurt anyone by asking:D

  • I have this foot bath, one of those ones that you blow up, and it has a leak. As sad as I was I won't throw it away because I love the pattern. It still holds air, just not water. Can you think of something I could do with this? I sure can't.

  • great idea, but the buttons closure was not clear for me....

  • Neat project, one that I think I can actually do (time is of the essence).
