That house Pacino was standing in at the end of this video was a house on Biscayne Bay which was also the same house used in the movie With Stallone and Eric Roberts which I can't remember the name of the movie and that same house Actually was owned by a big time drug dealer back in the 70-80's and a guy in a boat in the Intercoastal had a scoped rifle and took a shot at the drug dealer who was eating breakfast but the shooter didn't realize that the glass windows were bulletproof.
