if the butter dosent come off the spoon then next time us a knife, it will work better... or just start to stir the butter on the spoon... it will melt off :P

You should add the milk and butter at the same time, let the butter melt, and then add the cheese slowly as you are stirring the milk butter noodle mixture.

yea putting the butter in b4 the cheese sauce makes it easier to mix it real well :P
