  • in the jump manual can you do the work outs in your house or at your house ?

  • @runevidz3456 most of them you can do at your house. i do all the workouts at home except for the "strength and explosion" workout where you do squats, deadlifts, etc. that one i do at gold's gym

  • how tall is he

  • @liveismagic9 i'm 5'11"

  • im 6'3 and i cant even touch rim. would the jump manual work for me? and are the excersises in the jump manual hard or average?

  • @MrAlexisz23 yes, i think the jump manual would help you. the exercises are not hard in my opinion. the hard part is being consistent. i think many people do a couple workouts and expect to dunk. for most people, it takes several weeks or even months of training to add inches on your vertical. it is hard work. but it is so worth it!!!

  • hey, can't i find the jump manual a little cheaper that 70$? I mean, I would buy it if i had the money right now but i don't. And I want to start working this month.. + I'm in Europe and i guess the shipment will cost a lot too..

  • @radujustme the jump manual is an ebook that you download to your computer -- so there are no shipping costs.

  • @myjumpmanual oh, yeah but i also found it as a book. But also, price still the same right?

  • @radujustme i've only seen the jump manual as an ebook that you download...

  • @myjumpmanual oh, okay, thanks man! Keep up the good work, by the way.:)

  • Hi i'm Tim i'm 5 ft 8 inches weigh 151lbs i can't back squat cause it hurts my lower back! i have medical problems but i do pistol squats and i do them with 2 40lb dumbells in each hand but can't even touch the rim i'm just doing the dorsel flexor stretches too help me!

  • @Family3o3 pistol squats with no weight are crazy hard! so if you can do them with 40 lb dumbbells, then you have very strong legs. would suggest you add plyometric work to your training and you will likely see some gains. depth jumps, lunge jumps, tuck jumps, etc.

  • @myjumpmanual i incorporate those in all my workouts but still see nothing i'm a 2 legged jumper and i can straight leg boxst jump 24 inches i just don't understand

  • @Family3o3 how often do you train? when you do plyometrics, are you doing each rep at maximum jump? make sure your training explosiveness and not endurance.

  • @myjumpmanual Yeah well i do 4-5 sets of a max of 4 reps idk maybe i need to single leg squat more and i have small feet as well so maybe dunking aint for me

  • @Family3o3 don't give up man! doesn't happen overnight. how long have you been working on your vertical? how many days a week do you train? how's your jump technique? do you do any core work?

  • @myjumpmanual i work out 5 days a wk so i'm always fatigued!!! i just started working on my jumping technique

  • What do you think about Air Alert III?

  • @ShadyMVP i've never done air alert so don't know much about it...sorry! are you doing air alert?

  • @myjumpmanual

yes my second week is going to begin this tuesday... I hav read abt the knee problems it causes...I just hope that if i do it properly, nothing will happen :)

  • @ShadyMVP good luck man! hope you get great results!

  • @myjumpmanual thnxx :)

  • so gay so haerd

  • I'm in 8th grade and i can get rim, come on people its called get off the couch and start losing weight.

  • @justinholevinski4 Its not like just anybody can jump high...

  • youre mormon.

    so am i.

  • Same with @FaMeVirus

I'm in the 8th grade and can grab just at the top of the net, is there any way to jump higher?

    (I'm 6ft btw)

  • @BehindMyIphone i recommend doing bodyweight exercises like i listed in the previous comment. you also may want to start lifting light weights under the supervision of a parent, coach, or trainer to make sure you are lifting correctly.

  • @BehindMyIphone nice, i can touch backboard :)

  • Is their any tips I'm in the 7th grade and I can touch the top of the net

  • @FaMeVirus at that age (7th grade), i would recommend mostly doing bodyweight exercises. My son is in 6th grade and I have him do things like bodyweight squats, jump rope, line hops, pushups, pullups, and core exercises like knee raises, medicine ball, etc. But, don't worry about it too much. 7th grade is way young!

  • Is their in tips like I'm in 7th and I touch the top of the net

  • how tall are you?

  • @ballea1000 i'm 5'11"

  • 40 years old? Really? No way :P

  • @EricLesher well...i was only 39 in this video! :-) but i have since turned 40!

  • @myjumpmanual At 21 and only able to grab the rim now after my broken leg, I thought I was too old to be dunking again. Now you give me inspiration.

  • @EricLesher dang...injuries suck! but 21 is young. you can definitely be dunking again.

  • @myjumpmanual Shattered my tibia in my right elg but my left can jump for me. But being 5'10-5'11 its hard for me int he first place. Before I broke it I could barley dunk. Been 2 years.

  • @EricLesher ouch...shattered tibia sounds horrible. awesome that you are going for it again. good luck man!

  • how do you get your jump manual? I ordered mine and everything. Is it all online? Or do you receive something in the mail?

  • @TheEscapeAttempt After you pay for it, you get a link in your email to download the jump manual to your computer.

  • @myjumpmanual All i got was a receipt email with the support links.

  • @TheEscapeAttempt it was a while ago since i bought it, but thought the link was in the confirmation email? If you haven't already, submit a ticket on the jumpmanual support page and I'm sure they will help you. They have always been very responsive when I've asked questions.

  • let me see someone 5'7 do that.

  • Great, i'm 5' 4, and I have started training. Good luck men

  • are u mormon cause i am and that kinda looks like the gyms we have at the church

  • @RayBroz yes - all the gyms look the same!

  • tall??

  • @Cuasi961 i'm 5'11"

  • hey i saw u reach up with your left arm? why is that? I also do that, and i also plant right- left

  • @Luraj7 there was a player on my highschool team who could really jump. he would drive in and plant right left and throw down nasty dunks off 2 feet. i think he was copying (or trying to copy) the michael jordan superman dunk from the 1987 dunk contest. tdub is a right to left plant jumper also...

not sure why i reach up with my left hand, i guess that is what feels natural to me...

  • @myjumpmanual yeah it feels more natural to me, and my friend also. wierd!

  • good job bro keep it up

  • @trillog81 thanks man!

  • This video doesn't really validate anything... you did a standing jump compared to a running jump or am i missing something? you're going to jump higher if you run...

  • @GBPackersEnthusiast watch my other videos to see progress from week 1 to week 12

  • hey man did you do the even or the odd routine

  • @coolsush67 both - alternate each week.

  • @myjumpmanual thanx

  • you wanna jump higher? practice! and loose some belly fat if u have any

  • i purchased the jump manual and have been doing it for about 7 weeks. I can honestly say it is so amazing. I am 5 5 and a half and dunking 9 and a half now. my standing vertical is 32 and a half and my running is 37. for anyone who wants to jump higher i highly recomend it!!!

  • @20crossover that's awesome man! congrats! post some vids!

  • bro jumpmanual is a book or is a pdf thing that we have to download and paid or like a coach that we have to pay every motnh?

  • @PrinceAng3ll jump manual is an ebook that you download for a one time fee. i think it's around 60 bucks.

  • Thanks alot and that makes sense because i don't feel all my speed is being transferred into height.

  • I read your blog and my standing Vert is the same as yours but my running is only 30 and yours is 34 how do you have such a big gap between the two?

  • @Sportsking549 thanks for reading my blog! hard to say without seeing you jump. can you post a video? my best guess though is technique. my technique needs a ton of work and is something i've been studying and thinking about. the best jumpers usually have really good technique so they can transfer momentum into height. there are some really good videos on youtube that talk about how to improve this. i'll send them to you in a private message as i don't think youtube allows links in a comment.

  • very impressive I just have a few questions how high would you say someone who is dunking a volleyball is getting 5 or 6 inches above rim? And also is a tennis ball like 3 inches?

  • @xiphonon thanks! yes - to dunk a volleyball I'd say 5 to 6 inches over the rim. 3 inches for a tennis ball sounds about right. Are you currently dunking a volleyball or tennis ball?

  • @myjumpmanual

Just got a volleyball dunk down a couple days ago (I am also using the jump manual) Looking at your starting numbers we started with very similar numbers, I am currently on week 4 and have gained 2-3 inches and I am really looking forward to further results (similar to yours). I also mention the tennis ball because now that is the best I can do off of 1 step.

  • @xiphonon nice man! sounds like you'll be dunking soon! keep it up! post some videos!

  • Hey so how has your sprinting speed improved?

  • @Redkonvict I didn't test speed before i started so don't know. I tested my vertical jump before I started and continue to do so each week. With that said, I would expect that my speed has improved because I'm quite a bit stronger and my explosiveness has also improved. Increased strength and explosiveness would likely increase my speed. But, sorry... I can't say for sure.

  • @myjumpmanual Ok, But I have the jump manual and I am on week 1 going on two. Im about 1-1/2 inchs to the rim. Now based on your results how soon did you get that first inch? And overall do you feel more athletic with these extra inchs added>?

  • @Redkonvict Got my first inch gain (with my running vertical) after 2 weeks of jump manual. My no-step vertical didn't increase until 3 weeks of jump manual. I have several other videos posted on my channel that show my progress over time if you want to watch them. I play hoops several times a week and yes I do feel more athletic. I'm getting more rebounds and blocks. Hitting more shots too. I'm excited about my results so far but still have a long ways to go! Good luck man!

  • really impressive gain man! go get some extra inches and then it's dunk time!

  • @ESav15 thanks man! hoping those extra inches will come soon!

  • great job man keep it up, 5 inches in 7 weeks is damn good.

  • @adarqui hey thanks! appreciate it! hoping i can get another 3-4 inches in the next 4 weeks. want to dunk by july 4!

  • @myjumpmanual fireworks on top of fireworks.. keep working your ass off, hopefully you get it..

    peace man!

  • @adarqui yep - going to really push myself! looking to celebrate more freedom and independence from gravity!

  • @myjumpmanual , hhahahah, exactly... good line :)

  • I was going to buy this but i think im going to buy jump out the gym instead

  • @tybear97 cool - let me know how it goes! good luck!
