  • Sooooooooooooooo many props on this, because you're not on a spring floor! lol, it took me such a long time to throw my tuck on the spring floor... i mean now i have it on cement but still, i give anyone props who do it on something other than the spring floors

  • @Magicsticka2011 OH MY GOODNESS! Thank you so much! :)! I grew up on hard floor! When I started gymnastics they didn't have spring floor. I never really understood spring floor to be honest! :)! You can do a lot more on spring, which is amazing, but it's not as hard as hard floor! AHA :)!

  • This helped me thnx I did it :P

  • @LiddleBamBam8 Awh, you're welcome! I'm glad I could help :)!

  • ive tried it and when i do it outside the gym i land on my knees. any idea ow to fix that?

  • @silvermistroxs1 AHA! I'll try to do my best :)! There could be a lot of problems resulting in this. I've never seen your back tuck but the general idea is to set up high with you arms to get height. Try spotting something and look at it when you're in the air before you go backwards! That will help you to set up :)! Another thing is to make sure you're in a tight ball in the air. the tighter you are the easier it will be to get around. If you are open in the air and barely getting around

  • @silvermistroxs1 try grabbing your knees and getting them to your tummy :)! I hope this helped! :))

  • I do cheer too! :) but Im not as good as you haha good job

btw and thanks for the tips :)

  • @AysiaLanae Oh by Golly, thank you so much <33! That means so much to me!
