well i dnt see anythg wrong with it, because if the united states did it, why cnt another country to the same, plus u have to understand the real reason why dubai is doing this, and i respect what they r doing, and it is about the safety of your country that you must worry about, not the rest of the world, they r not a super power, that is us the united states, Russia, England, and soon China, they need to do something to help the world, Dubai yes has money, but they dont need to do anythg.

That's exactly why Islam prohibits interest...there is few gain but catastrophic loss.
Its not the oil rich countries but Oil Marketing Companies(OMCs) which are the main reason behing the soaring oil prices during 2007/2008. Exxon/Mobil is an American OMC. Shell is Dutch. BP is British. Total is French. Its not a few middle east oil rich countries that are the problem. These OMCs have a lot of clout with governments, so alternate energy is not developed at the rate it should be.

People around the world can't afford to put food on the table for their kids because of ridiculously high gas prices.
