all u need is a 4x4 car which i recommend a land crusier or a nissan patrol and a 900 siam tiers and thats all ^^

first lesson is to go around the round about for few laps and each lap try to steer more till it goes up and then try to balance it but it would take u time to balance the car if ur a new learner ^^

@WTFMAN707 not efficiently, thats the whole reason why you have a max and min level on your dipstick, if the engine is sideways, half the engine is way over that line, where as the other have is way under that line, the crankshaft sits in the oil permanently, if its not then it causes problems, hence the smoke in the video.
