Me making a big house on the sims 2

i play sims 2 for pc.. and when i play my familys, i cannot see my neighbours/neighbour houses just the lot im using at the moment, ... does god hate me ? D:

your making the rooms too big, the windows are too weak, but it should proabbly go away if you let it un a few sim hous, the daylight doe change the house

Theres a button you can click in options. Go to the 5th button on the left then look in all the tabs on the right like music but don't go on music, its not in there. Hope that helps :)

if the rooms are too big then the light wont reach the middle, or if the windows are on the shady sides of the house you wont get as much light. try putting some nice lamps in. also, if its night, it will be dark unless you have lights. i suggest you buy some.

it could be to do with your graphics. because on my old computer, i had alot of windows but the lighting shadow never showed up inside. but on my new laptop with better graphics, i now have the lighting from the windows. also, at night, if you have windows but no lights, then your house will be in darkness.

i would recommend PC since its the only one which gives you game play like its real life and you can have children which grow up.

Also you need the sims 2 first, then get expansion pack to make it more exciting such as pets or nightlife.

my first sims game i played was sims2 on playstation. then i played bustin' out which was way more funner than sims2, on sims2(ps2) u cant have babies and the only time the sim leaves, was to work. So for ps2 (sims bustin out wud be better) SimsUrbz, is okay. Then I played sims1 on the pc, it was fun, but Sims2 on PC beats them all. I PROMISE.
