roll you wrist backward and light it so the flame comes out ABOVE your thumb (roll the flint with the side of your thumb closest to your index finger) it makes it easier to corner/heat manage and won't burn you. you probablly know this and even i burn myself on occasion as forgetting stuff kinda comes with the territory, some people just don't know the simple stuff and most the n00bs i run into don't so i want to let everyone know lol #[10]stoneramblings

Ive done this form of meditation many times it makes the day a little better, I first found out about it at a spiritual conference and there was a meditation event and imagine doing the same meditation with about 1000 people, it made it so much more powerful.. I dont meditate as much anymore but I try and do simple breathing meditations in the morning (After a bowl and a tokin daily video of course)

Hey Paul, I completely agrea about positivity and meditation 100%, but listening to this video came off as using marijuana as a defense mechanism against negative feelings. Everyone has their opinion, but I believe that marijuana shouldn't be used to combat anger or depressed feelings, that should be an action that is handled completely sober and using the mind at its natural state. You dont wanna rely on a substance wether it be marijuana cigarettes etc,unhealthy addicition can follow.
