This shows once again why KDE 4 just sucks. The animations are everything but fluid and you can see bugs (glitches on the cube). Thanks for confiming that once more.

that's bullshit, and you know it. The recording introduces quite a few issues, my PC isn't that fast so it struggles even with 10 frames/sec. None of these issues were visible during the recording, and none are visible during normal usage.
BTW if that's the biggest issue you have with KDE I'd say ditch the inferior competition and join the cool guys allright.

Looks super nice. I love the Digging in Folderview. But I don't like that there's no more grid view in krunner.

This is supposed to be showing off KDE 4.3 but to be honest it is actually made with 4.4 trunk. Either way, there is a gui for the activities bound to the workspaces: click the cashew, zoom out, click "configure Plasma" and choose "different activity for each desktop".

What branch are you running, 4.3 or 4.4 development? Is there a gui for the activities bound to the workspaces?
