@jros83 you know what makes this funny? My friend said that the day he died was when a clown drove drunk and ran over him... it happened... but the driver wasn't a clown, he was ventriloquist. So i just hope something random like this game's story plot won't happen.

@jros83 PopTop WAS the development team. Pretty open and shut case on this. They were a subsidiary of Take 2 Interactive and they closed the studio after this game. Some people took jobs with Firaxis, which is in Maryland and the rest were scattered to the wind. They made Tropico and Railroad Tycoon 2 & 3 plus some other stuff. I think they also helped in some way with Age of Wonders 2, but I'm not 100% sure of that.

@jros83 Well, that's where our discussion separates then. The design and conceptualization was from Americans that lived in St. Louis, at the time. There were plenty of articles and such in 2005 and 06. The designer even did some "how to" videos for PC Gamer or something like that.

That said, I'm curious why you think that only a European would think of this? Most Europeans barely understand the size or workings of the US, why would they be this elaborate?
