sure it can. havnt you heard? in california, come 2010, the voters will get a chance to voter for marijuana legazlization, seeing as the idea got more then the 400,000 needed signatures, they got 700,000, so, in 2010 the issue will be placed in the hands of the voters, and as of a fairly recent survey, that showed 56% of voters want full legalization, so more likely then not, in 2010, california will be the first of many statess to re-legalize the flower from god, the flower known as cannabis.

Maybe in a few years they could send someone round to make sure I'm eating healthy food and exercising properly and if I'm not then I think I'd deserve a few years in jail.

It shouldn't be up to doctors to decide what drugs are best for us I think people with no required education, elected by a popularity contest to make decisions on public spending should decide for me.
