@sillylil20 She's complimenting Japanese fashion. Do you hear what the lyrics say? The Japanese words in there are by actual Japanese girls! It's not racist, it's more of a huge dedication to Japanese upgraded, amazing fashions and styles, particularly Harajuku. (:
@sillylil20 Did you even listen to or read the lyrics? She's even saying "Harajuku girls I'm your biggest fan" This song is obviously about her love of Harajuku girls and their fashion sense...

well the song and concept are interesting. but i feel something weird because those girls donot look harajuku girls so much and is totally so americanized.
Gwen stefani really doesnt understand the full concept of a "harajuku" its a district in tokyo where girls and guys would dress up almost every weekend to show their style. I've been to this district before (i stood out like an alien cause I just dressed nothing like them) and it's waaay different from how she explains it. The girls just follow her and nothing else. they dont speak or anything. more like her toys. no offense.
i love this song i used to have the cd until my cuzin broke it but i cant blame her she was only 2 and i have tyo blame myself for having her out of my site
