Basicly he could have just let it slide sideways till it stopped. we're not talking about a high speed head to toe....all he did was drift during slight acceleration. Getting off and trying to stop it manually was just a normal reflex for someone that never drove a sled before. thumbs up for not letting that discourage you! mistakes are there to make us better. ROCK ON! and come to quebec lol. we have wicked snow.

The first time i have ever went riding was last year and I ate it several times. If i wasn't wearing protection i could have easily died.. Now as 14, i'm riding stuff i wouldn't have ever thought of doing. If it wasn't for protection, my comment wouldn't be here. :)

For the 15 y/o CHILD who wants to diss on people wearing body armor (even though he has not real life experience yet) you have a lot to learn. The vast majority of the crashes I have picked up would have either been alive today or not hurt as bad if they would have had one on.
