Hey, thanks mucho mucho. I've recently taken up the piano after years of playing guitar and bass. The syncopated rhythm lesson really helped me. I'll keep watching the vids. "don't you worry bout a thang".........
@XxOcTOMber15Xx Hmmm... okay, well, we've done some more stuff for co-ordination, but Till ain't edited it yet. Hang on and we'll have it uploaded either here or on our website-in-the-making...
I Tried this last night which made me realise I have no sense of rhythm, so I tapped it out for a couple of hours and now it's no problem at all. Made me realise how important a sense of rhythm is for coordinating the hands.
@S1elmx Absolutely! I was the same as you when I first tried it... now I can just rattle it out and I wonder what was so hard about it, looking back. LOL! Lell x
@sora908 Hiya Sora... I feel your pain! It's totally like patting your head while rubbing your belly at first. Reckon it took me a good few hundred goes before I nailed it. I got the right hand down pat first before I even thought about the left hand. Then I stopped and started the vid to work out which left-hand note went with which right-hand bit. Finally got the coordination (at snail pace), then slowly got faster. You'll eventually get to the stage where it's dead easy, trust me! :o) x
@pianochanno haha and what would you recommend playing music by ear or actually learning the notes cause I have been learning buy hearing it and not learning the notes which is easier??
@sora908 I'm pretty sure if Till read your question she'd say it's good to be able to do a combo of both, espesh if you want to play with other people. It's fantastic that you've got a good ear for the music, though, not everyone has that! Keep plugging away at that vamp, Sora-baby! ;oP
Hurrah!!!!!!!!!!!!!
