Heres the difference between Elitist and ABR : - Elitist = Progressive metalcore - ABR = Christian Metalcore hope I solved the confusion ^_^

Just put them under Progressive Metal but to me they stand out and have their own unique sound. As for ABR even if you wanted to compare Metalcores which is just dumb, them having christian lyrics should have anything to do with their music

@konsco well i would call ABR technical metalcore...cuz theyre pretty technical(not like faceless but still..) and there are elements of metalcore in their music...especially in their earlier albumes...but for me their best is constellations - it's just epic, and it's just another level that i wouldn't call metalcore...it's just ABR

The Caves EP was so unique and creative with amazing technical breakdowns, with the sound djent in their guitars, w amazing drums. They've definitely changed, but I'm still a fan of them none the less.
