@thenadlad I had exactly the same problem man, but after thinking about it I realised I wasn't very active, or my eating habits weren't doing me any favours! I have found regular exercise, at least 3 meals a day (eating healthy) and making it more of a reward rather than just doing it helped a lot! State of mine has a part to play aswell I believe, but thats my own two cents, Hope it helps :-)

@thenadlad if you smoke on a regular basis your tolerance will go up more and more its unavoidable pretty much. but as long as you get good quality buds you should have no problem getting yourself nice and stoned. the more you smoke the more feeling high feels, well normal it still feels just as enjoyable (in my opinion) but you can just handle yourself better.
