For those who didn't get it, the "wobbling vocals" is a hint to the nightingale tune... He's using his voice as an instrument, adding to the very unusual percussion and arrangement. Got it now? (this is for those who have criticized the cover and the vocals)

The musician has to surrender himself to the music in a kind of trance. If he miss a unique note, everything will be spoiled. This is perhaps the worst cover version of any song ever recorded. To say it is better than any of Dylan's versions is a truly bizarre. His voice is appalling; clearly he has no idea of the meaning of the lyrics. Listening to this rubbish is truly a ghastly experience.
