the reason why 4kids doesn't use this opening is because it most likely costs alot to just use the japanese theme tracks and in this kinda recession i doubt they'd want to spend money on something they'd consider unnecessary.

Well, when 4kids was dubbing, they threw us a bone by keeping all the music in. The japanese openings "slipped" by in an instrumental form. 4kids treated this anime like it  was god's work.

So They also have to buy licenses for the opening and the endings however they find it cheaper to release their own opening and endings. so yeah :/ + Majority of their consumers would listen to the japanese song and would be like "wtf is this?"
