It's the extended edition of the previous one. Contains more scenes and slightly altered dialogues. They aren't "deleted scenes" - they are completely new scenes created after the release of Crisis Core. I would say it's an upgraded version of the previous one. Definitely worth watching if you're into FF7 universe.
