sorry to burst your bubble. But the Bloody Truth of the matter of looking for this cure of theirs, is the fact that they are NOT looking for a cure. Think about it for a minute. If a cure were ever found, that would put an end to the billions of dollars in revenue that's coming in for them. This gal that's speaking to this kid reporter, would be out of a job. The net worth of the LLS or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is 72 BILLION dollars. Why can't they find a cure with amount of money??

The LLS or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society has been in the business of asking for donations since the year 1949. 60 years later, they still ask for more money even though their net worth is 72,000,000,000. That's 72 BILLION. You would think that 72 Billion would be AMPLE amount of money to find a cure, wouldn't you?? YET, the first link on their web page is..."how to donate". They are no closer to a cure than when they first started this sick, greedy self serving society of thiers.

My best friend passed 5 years ago at 20 years old, he left behind a son and a grieving mother. He fought it for a year with drugs and chemo, actually found a bone marrow donor, but his liver rejected it a month later and he was still to weak to do another surgery, Matt R.Q, RIP GOD bless

Ok I get it leukemia is bad, but I dont care because being diagnosed opened the door for lots of candy (opiods, benzos) I was popin pills like tic tacs. I carried my bottle of percocet everywere.

Hey Leukemia will turn the most optimistic person into a pesimistic mongerer & at the age of 15 what kid has the mental strength to get over what will be lost, all the fun things as a kid. At least the drug part remained. So if you dont know the oxy brings about a placebo effect of well being and if you beleive that the mind is powerful then you beleive you are fine then you are fine. This has been proven in controlled studies.
