And no GreenDay1981, a game isn't just 4.9 seconds. No one said it was. But two obvious lane violations by Kentucky players (Wall and Bledsoe) should have been called. By rule, it should have been Mississippi State ball with 4.9 seconds left to play. The missed opportunities by MSU you cite are irrelevant. State got fucked.
Bledsoe can have his feet across the line before the ball hits as long as they aren't touching the court so it wasn't a obvious lane violation and Wall can move anywhere on the court as long as the ball was released from the shooters hands and since Bledsoe didn't change the output of the last 4.9 seconds this is a non-issue

Are you aware of the years all of those championships were won - including a year where the coach himself was black? The SEZ? @briggimj24 Yeah, clearly they were on our side the whole game. That's why they decided not to call a foul on Wall's 3-pointer, which was short BECAUSE he was fouled. This play only sent the game to overtime. Because your team failed to put us away in the overtime, you want to blame the refs for a play in regulation. I could easily bring up the goaltending call you got away with earlier in the game. Is it possible for you MSU fans to act classy when you play us?

Yeah, it's really the Mississippi State fan base, and Rick Stansbury that is the problem here. Whether you want to admit it or not, it is the SEC officiating. And no GreenDay1981, a game isn't just 4.9 seconds. No one said it was. But two obvious lane violations by Kentucky players (Wall and Bledsoe) should have been called. By rule, it should have been Mississippi State ball with 4.9 seconds left to play. The missed opportunities by MSU you cite are irrelevant. State got fucked.

Bledsoe can have his feet across the line before the ball hits as long as they aren't touching the court so it wasn't a obvious lane violation and Wall can move anywhere on the court as long as the ball was released from the shooters hands and since Bledsoe didn't change the output of the last 4.9 seconds this is a non-issue

Also, Stansbury wasn't even aware of such a rule until someone told him after the game. Honestly, you cannot say that missing 3 of 5 free throws in the final minute of regulation didn't play a huge role. If you even make 1 of them, you win the game. I also love how you all overlook the fact that this play didn't cost you the game. It only sent it to overtime where you still could have won. Since you failed to do so, you want to complain about a play in regulation. Unbelievable.
