Hounds In The Hood is where I got my two I.G.'s their full body fleece winter suits. Clothes specifically designed for their above average proportions.
Our IG is spoiled, he used to lie in bed all the day long so during winter he only makes several steps, shits and piss and go back to bed....we stopped giving him shoes for this half minute walk in front of doors

lovely video, you are responsible owner, your Italian Greyhound is lucky when he lives at your place.
However it is good to wear a hat sometimes during winter, IGs have delicate blood vessels in ears which cannot function properly in cold weather, so going outside without a hat results in boldness of ears (it starts as ear-hairloss).
Our IG has several hats, the best is something like funnel shape fleece hats. Other hats are not good against cold.
I got Pawtectors for my Igward. They are the only boots I've found that stay on his feet and don't turn. The only problem I've had with them is that Igward doesn't have the best aim when he pees and has on more than one occasion peed into the top of the boot. Now I wrap the tops of his front two legs with self stick trainers tape to keep the pee out. Works great!
Our Iggy LOVES to wear clothes, LOVES his snow booties, he will actually go and find his clothes, OPEN the bin, and bring them to us just so he can wear them around the house!! I LOVE IT !!! Cutest thing ever!! ONE thing about the shoes though is that, for me, they don't tend to slip off as much as they turn AROUND the paw, ours are fleece on top, and his feeties just get colder that way!
Greyhounds don't seem to mind wearing clothing. Our retired racer has corns on her feet and she loves to have socks on. I am trying to find shoes - we tried them on our old lab/chow mix (for the hot asphalt) and she chewed them off. Our greyhound, on the other hand, will end up like Imelda Marcos if we let her.

This is one of the FEW videos where I see the actual functionality of having your dog wear clothing...

What brand of shoes did you purchase? I tried Muttlucks on my IG and they slip off. Thanks.

Hi Lily: I bought them at a local store in Toronto. Pet Valu has them as well... Good luck!
