i really like this sweep, sometimes i will purposely get into turtle just to " bait " my opponent, then i trap the arm and sit up. works like magic because it's not expected. zing!

i learned this move with the name "fat man roll" it's a nice move, but I'd love to see more details on the first move without the arms locked to take the back., that one is very nice.

Aren't you supposed to sit out to the same side that the arm is trapped, unless the guy on top has head and arm control?

That is another option and a very good one. Sitting out to the same side allows you to attack the trapped arm as well.
