  • I am so sorry for you having binge eating!! But what should I say? I turned from anorexia to bulimia and now binge eating. I couldn't tell what is the hardest. Eating disorders ARE hard and I hate myself having eating disorders but I'm too weak to struggle....

  • @buntgestraifft You might be getting me wrong. I refer not to the quantity of the binge but the frequency. Once a week or every fortnight might probably be beneficial to the recovering binge eater if it allows him to stay on his otherwise healthy diet. Going cold turkey can often be impossible in the long run.

  • @ChowMeinChowdown Ok...yeah well it's not easy to stop binging ONE single day if you're really "involved". That's the difficulty. It's kinda like anorexia - it would be so easy to live without it but your head, your brain tells you not to stop. Lets say half of your brain says "stop it, stop it" and the other part says "come on you're too weak.I am stronger than you" and sadly this part is the stronger part and you have to chance to escape anymore.The longer you live with the disorder(continued)

  • You need to stop binging, its making you worse, and not really healthier. I think that you feel better about everything if you are eating things that are better for you. I wish you good luck, and you need to remember that if you really tries evrything is going to be muck more easier later in your life : )

  • @087allen Don't worry, I agree with your comment and thought that you were not out of line. I though that her response was rather harsh. 

  • It's hard to me to keep fit. I'm thin but not as thin as I'd like. Just because of binges. I try hard not to eat them. I think first: "Is it what I need?" Usually not. So I eat an integral toast, or I glass of milk. When I have binges, sometimes I feel so guilty that I throw it up. I'll go on a plastic surgery to get rid of my belly. She diminishes, but doesn't disappear in any way.

  • @087allen I do cook healthy. Thats fat prejudice assuming I must eat unhealthy or junk food because I'm not thin. I eat portions that are too big, its not the TYPE of food I eat. And my husband thinks i'm more than "decent looking" so I dont need any comments by some random person

  • i am not a binge eater, but sometimes i just keep on eating sweet dried fruits even though i am not really hungry and i am full. its something for me to do while i am reading, or watching a movie. i think that i do it without consciously thinking about it. I hope you overcome this disorder, and you are beautiful!!

  • K am completey opposite to you, wheb I'm depressed or upset, I won't eat anything. Like when my bf and I broke up, I didn't eat for days idk why that is though...

  • You binge eat because of a failure to take responsibility for your own actions, and you have become a conduit for spiritual dark forces whom feed off that energy and force you to undertake addictive activities such as binge eating. They will drag you down into the pits of hell for immense torture when you pass from this plane.

It's discussing BINGE EATING DISORDER where one cannot stop eating massive amounts of food (google the disorder if you want to know more). We are saying we DO eat too much. But somehow you have completely missed that and have posted some ignorant comment directed at another separate topic

  • @1CME90 because your original comment was saying losing weight is easy, just eat less and exercise and stop being lazy, admit to yourself that you just eat too much, which is pointless because binge eating disorder means you have a lack of control over what you eat and ppl with BED clearly admit that.. and I go to the gym regularly. So it was ignorant and more towards a different group of people, not BED sufferers. Yes, I have been diagnosed by a psychiatrist.

  • I know how you feel, i binged all the time for 6 years and it's such a horrible cycle that seems impossible to get out of but it's not, i havent binged for 6 weeks, that might not seem like a lot of time but for me it's like a lifetime and in those 6 weeks i lost 18lbs! I never thought i would feel as good as i do right now to be finally free from it. I don't know what made me just stop one day, it's like a switch just went on in my head telling me it was wrong.   • It is interesting how you dismiss the admiration you get from fat lovers on YouTube. If we're on Youtube, we're also in real life. There are people who find you attractive as you are. Fat lovers are in the minority in society, but how much does it matter what percent of society is attracted to you? The person who most needs to love you as you are...is you.

  • @FemaleFatAdmirer Well I've never EVER had someone say I was attractive in real life while being overweight, it's only ever happened on youtube from fat fetish people. But this isn't about being attractive although I would feel better getting rid of my pregnant looking abdomen. It's about stopping an unhealthy habit... I have PCOS, high cholesterol and all my fat is concentrated on the abdomen so I think accepting or liking that would be unhealthy

  • @FemaleFatAdmirer These People have a Fetish and they dont love the person "behind" the fat. The wouldnt comment "lovely" things if the person in the Video is not fat! These people who want to fatten up someone have a disorder to. I think most of them know its not okay but knowing that its bad and wrong is what turns them on..

  • i have never thought about it like this....but i guess i binge eat. I know when to stop but i just dont. i definetly eat for comfort and idk. Im trying to work out but im not loosing anything i guess its probably because of my eating..

  • hmm i think i DEFINITELY relate to both the boredom and comfort with being overweight to not attract for sexual purposes - to not be sexually attractive - because I did experience a sexual trauma, and anytime I've been at my "lowest" weight in my weight struggles, I've always had a line of guys hitting on me, and I just HATE it. When I'm heavier... I never get that experience, so, i totally see that subconscious comfort

  • @lucidparody Yeah, I don't experience guys hitting on me (apart from fat lovers on youtube lol) but when I'm thinner, I do and I find it really unsettling and it makes me uncomfortable.

  • @ByeByeBelly Exactly! I never thought of it in that way, because there ARE days when I'm like "Wow I never get hit on" but i can't really decide how I *feel* about that -i guess sometimes it can subconsciously feel like a good thing
