Not sure, I've always used winrar. I suppose you can use winzip to extract the files, and install them with IMGtool.

I think the he slowed it down a bit which makes the framerate look lower. He probably slowed the action down so it fit better with the sound effects. Because in the movie, Arnie walks very slowly through the station.
