Dude that plays the werewolf in this movie played a vampire in a movie called To die for and no not the Nicole Kidman movie, another movie with the same name from either the same time as these, or earlier dont remember, I ust know I havent seen or came across that movie since then.

the reason because the hands are the first to transform on a werewolf is because.....it's the farthest thing from the body.....usually transformation starts off from that point and then the feet and then the rest of the body

@18Whitewolf well to be honest it werewolf exsisted, they'll probably rip there skin and it would all happen at thje same time. but in a move, it usally starts of with the hands, feet or there eyes turn into wolfeyes or somert. i think its because the dierector wants to build tention to the TF sequence.

actually, the first howling was also pretty good, too. Thats why I have it on dvd. Howevr, I would like them to make another howling movie, but with old-school make-up effects, but with more accuacy, since time have beocme moderized, but keeping it old-school, but modernized, rather than white-washing it. yet, I'm even more drawn to female version of the transformation.

I never saw this movie. But,here we have this good looking guy who turns into a werewolf. Brings one question to mind:Why do the cute guys become werewolves? Can't some ugly guy become a werewolf for once?

Later in the movie an "ugly" guy gets bitten by the werewolf but then soon after he also gets bitten by the vampire and the movie ends shortly after, so we never find out what happens to him. Does he become some were-vampire? Does he die? Does nothing happen to him as the two cancel each other out? Who knows? "Howling VII" does not carry on the storyline from this film so I guess we will never know. If they did carry on the storyline, it could have been an interesting film...
