The original piece clearly uses F, Fmaj7, F7, D, Gm, Gm(maj)7 (basically Gm with Gb), Gm7 etc..

Why do you simplify the song to such a degree??

As a total amateur, I would opine that this video is the only way to learn this song. There just isn't a decent chord sheet available on the net. A really tough song well worked out. Thanks a bunch. If I ever make it to Glasgow, I'll look up the Strangers.

Your absolutely right. That is the original chord. But for just playing it accoustically I think the Eb works better for me, it's just down to how well you sing and my singing is'nt very good at the best of times so for me the Eb is easier.
