Funny how quick people blame Kyle Williams. While he did fuck up, he isn't the only reason we lost. If the offense had being doing better and had we REALLY been the better team, we would of scored more, without the need to blame Kyle. Also the defense, which was rated #1, didn't get a single turnover from the Giants. We stripped the ball and Int the ball many times, yet we couldn't do it once to the Giants? Come on guys give the guy a break. There's always next year, and 49ers are gonna take it.

When you're someone who has stuck with this team through highs and lows, despite thinking Alex Smith was a bust, just seeing them show up and win brings tears to our eyes. These moments define a team, it makes a team, and when a moment like this happens it means only one thing: They are going all the way. Giants will NOT beat SF in SF after this. I wasn't born yet for "The Catch" but I do remember "The Catch II" (and of course, "The Catch III"). All three Catches have come in a different round of the playoffs. "The Catch" will be the most important one, but II and III are important for their own separate reasons. "II" was significant because of who they finally beat, and "III" is important because of where the Niners had been for the last decade and what game they advanced to because of it. Now the Niners must capitalize on "III"...
