The amazing part is that canadians are so stupid they allow the refining done in US so that the jobs are created in the us . I mean if you focus only on the value , why is canada not selling the final product ? because canada is not controlling anything. The oil guys are. and that kind of business is dont behind closed doors and there are no borders involved.
