@wicked933 This was aired on TV, but not live, it was aired a few weeks after the concert. The DVD version released even later is heavily edited, but if there's ANY vocal editing on this one it's very light, because she still sounds like crap compared to the playback performance of it she did in PCDL0809(yes, the 0809 one was not sung live, like 60% of the concert wasn't)
I know how autotuners sound, there are none in here.

@wicked933 countdown live 2008-2009 was full of lipsynch, next elvel tour had 6 songs playback, all her tours since 2002 had 3-6 songs playback, rock n roll circus has NO playback it seems right now OR only step you and sexy little things, people that went arent sure
@wicked933 Yes, since April. 4 Days before the album release I think. The tour will go until late this year AND Ayumi will add asia dates(yes, it's ASIA TOUR again, her biggest tour so far, though the dates outside of Japan are not announced yet)
@xyz7272 ahh... kk. Gosh!! I appreciate that she's continue on working hard but I really have to say she need a break. She need to have a really long break! Her vocal is in a very terrible mess atm. If she rest for a while then her powerful unique ability will come back.
@wicked933 The vocals she had in CDL0910 were the best since she lost her hearing, she reached notes she didn't hit since early 2007 or late 2006, it only appeared bad becuase she sang some of her hardest songs. And people that went to AT10 say her vocals were even better than at CDL0910. There are really no problems with her vocals right now, she is constantly improving.

I mean there are some that she sang quite well, like Days and few more but the start of the show where she sang 'I am...' and then 'moment' is totally horrible!! They have to turn the backing vocal even louder than her to cover her up!!!
@wicked933 Yes, she did not sing Days in it BTW. I Am... had really good vocals, Moments, too, they appear bad because they are a) some of her hardest sdongs and b) the vocals aren't loud enough. There were MAJOR soundmixing problems in that concert. Ayumi had much more control in CDL0910 than she had since 2007. The songs she sang were just MUCH harder. If you listen closely you will notice that her control heavily increased, especially her vibrato and headvoice control.
@xyz7272 actually, I haven't seen any video from CDL 09-10 yet apart from I am and moments. So I can't really judge. But from what I see with I am and moments I think it's really horrible. But! maybe she got better afterward cuz as a singer myself, my mood usually kicks in after a while and then my singing began to show it power.

Control like she hasn't had for a long time for generall her hardest songs, songs she didn't even sing well before she lost hearing. Watch her You Were... performance at it and you'll see just how good she was.

Saying she's deaf doesn't get her sales up, it does the opposite. It HURTS her career.
Wow I thought it was emotional when I watched it without the subtitles, but reading the lyrics and watching the live just makes it more emotional and meaningful.
