No computer, all effects are from my Boss GT-8.

The effect during the solo is indeed a whammy pedal, pretty wack huh? XD

i dont think i can get a whammy for my guitar, does ther have to be a special hole in the guitar? so only certain guitars can have one?

Oh, it's not a whammy bar, as in one that goes on the guitar. It's a "whammy" effect on my Boss GT-8.

But yeah, you can get a whammy bar on most guitars, but you have to get the bridge changed which can be pretty risky.

Sounds like hes using a wah and slowly sweeping from the heel down position to toe down, produces that slow filter sound :D
