@nancyleeould Thanks Nancy, I had this reel-to-reel film put on a DVD a couple of years ago to preserve it and so that I could extract some frames for my YouTube videos of my parents wedding, my "little rascals" cheerleading, and my ballerina footage. I am so happy to have this old stuff!
Color super8 in the late 40s? Nicely preserved! Hehe - someone wasn't opening their presents. (The camera person, that is). :D

Oh my gosh...what memories this conjures up!!!
I take it this would have been on 8mm..and it is best to have it backed up onto DVD or CD.
I have some favorite home movies as well.
