  • hurstssamx. yours is probably clogged near the turbo or (if it's an LD-) the EGR. I guess the difference between the LD 6.5 and the HD is that the HD doesn't have an EGR or Catalytic Converter. If this is the case, just pull them off. you'll get mounds more power. After I pulled tem off on mine, it hauled ass! lol (This advice is for "off-road" purposes of course.) ;)

  • I have a 95' GMC K2500 with a 6.5 turbo diesel 4.10 gears n 245/75R16 tires, with a cold air intake #9 resister in a D-tech PMD with 3" straight piped exhaust and won't burn tires it barly tows 3 ATV's how did you do that ?

    AMX

  • I rebuilt my engine, so not everything inside of it is stock ;)

  • @WhiteK2500 mines a stock motor and it will pull like crazy but then mines a mechanical motor

  • Oh man... just from the shit I've done with that truck, I'm just waiting for the day I grenade it. But hey, offroaders use 44" tires on em (upgraded a bit of course) and they'll tow a ton of weight all day, and never complain.

  • grenade it then rebuild it again. gotta love being able to do your own work. :)

  • thats good for the differential. just break it why don't ya? :-P i've gotta try donuts with my one wheel wonder one of these days.
