  • anyone who is an ectomorph or skinny guy looking to ad slabs of muscle this is the best man to teach you how to do it dont boder with any other programmes his muscle building programme is the best out their no nonsense jus valuable info and his dedication to seeing you acheive your goals is simply amazing.thanks for all your help vince.:)

  • This is a great exercise. I do these with a light weight after I'm done doing the traditional shoulder press with a heavier weight.

  • @LoveUndergroundMusic Forces you to keep tension on the shoulders because you can't lean back as easily as you can on bench (that has back support). Also good for working the core at the same time. But like I said, it's just a matter of personal preference.

  • @MegaSuperboy17 lift heavy preferably compound exercises i suggest 4 sets per exercie doing 2 sets 10-12 reps then increase the weight and do 2 sets 6-8, i would recommend a spotter so you arnt scared of dropping the weight on yourself and this is the best way to overload. And the main thing is to eat then eat then eat some more you need to get alot of calories into your body to grow atleast 200g protein a day i would recommend 150g coming from natural sources.

  • Great advice on the Arnold Press Vince! However, why did you not mention anything about Pulling your shoulders back and down? I'm sure you're very aware that this puts your shoulder in its strongest position, and activates and trains the posterior deltoid and rotator cuff to a futher degree.
